By choosing the poetic words « Gazelles' sanctuary », I wanted to evoke the possibility of an imaginary, dreamed or unspeakable shelter in which all soul's aspirations could bloom, like the gazelle, who, as we know, is freedom loving and in love with wide open spaces.
This idea came to me after a dream concerning the same matters I've just shared with you. After having done some researches about the dream's elements, I discover the existence of the oryx, which is a antelope living in Arabia, Africa and Asia.
These animal's symbolism and dream interpretations spoke to me, and seemed to propose a nu universe to explore. I first decided to entitle my project, "Sanctuaire de Gazelles", then « A gazelles' sanctuary », and finally « Gazelles' sanctuary ».

The album colors and forms appeared gradually during music creation.
And, discovering all this story concretely inspired me, I've chosen a slightly more groovy sound than for previous LPs. I've bought some interesting traditional instruments, and « played » with them with the same child innocence I've ever had.
